brownie bites dipped in ganache

Honestly, what's more delicious than a brownie bite.... dipped in chocolate ganache? I made these yesterday for two different Thanksgiving parties and I got some serious compliments from everyone in attendance. These brownies are super intense (I used one pound of chocolate for one 9 x 9 batch -- including the ganache topping). They are not necessarily traditional Thanksgiving fare but I figured you can never really go wrong with chocolate. I used this Bittersweet Chocolate Brownie recipe and this Chocolate Ganache recipe. Since they're pretty intense I cut them into 1 x 1 inch pieces.



Oh, by the way, I came up with my favorite ring design yet! I'm so excited to show you all -- I'm about to take photos right now...

Few things get me as excited as Harry Potter does. By the way, I'm totally wearing me new Frye boots that I posted here the other day. They're kind of hiding in the outfit but I can't wait to show them off! And this new bag I bought is absolute heaven. I'm pretty sure I've received a compliment from every woman who has set eyes on this purse. The designer is Valhalla Brooklyn -- check her out on etsy (they're all one-of-a-kind and handmade by her)! Etsy's full of awesome lesser-know (yet totally worthwhile) designers. I'm pretty sure I'll be posting some of my favorites etsy-based designers in an upcoming post.
